February 25, 2012, Utah Indendence Caucus hosted the Utah 4th Congressional District Debate with Jay Cobb, Mia Love, Stephen Sandstrom, and Carl Wimmer.

Salt Lake City, UT – March 22, 2012 marks the two year anniversary of H.B.67, Health Systems Amendments Bill, being signed into law. The bill prohibits Obamacare from being implemented in Utah until the legislature has reviewed the provisions and expressly prohibits the government from mandating citizens of this state to purchase health insurance. Carl Wimmer sponsored this legislation in 2010.
